Women's Health

Originally, the Lincoln-Lancaster Women's Commission hosted “Women Talk,” programs that covered a wide variety of issues that concerned women in our community. Currently, the Mayor's Commission on Women produces 30-minute programs on health-related issues in a series entitled “Women's Health.” These programs run throughout the week on 10Health (cable channel 10), the 24-hour health and fitness television channel. These programs have provided important information on topics such as skin and uterine cancer, mental health, thyroid disease and osteoporosis. Funding for these valuable programs is provided by the Women's Foundation. Your donations help continue this educational programming.
